Finally, Andrey Arshavin has joined Arsenal from Zenit St. Petersburg on a long-term contract. Manager Arsène Wenger said that “We are delighted to have signed Andrey Arshavin, he is a player I have admired for a long time. He is a versatile player with great experience, who will add real quality to our squad. Andrey is an exciting impact player with a huge amount of ability and has been an influential force with both Zenit St Petersburg and the Russian national team in recent seasons.”

Take a look a few Arshavin pictures after the jump.

Anyway, good luck for my lovely Arsenal team!

Arsenal are a love, just like a girlfriend or a wife. You cannot fix things you don’t like by moaning about her. But believe me, Arsenal are one stunning girlfriend. Arsenal were, and still are, my team. I am an Arsenal fan and have been since I was a child. I loved Thierry Henry because he was a genius player. Once a gunner always a gunner.

  9. I want to commend the effort of the manager Wenger and all the player for their performance but it is not eniugh. Asene Wenger need an experience striker like Newcastle Obafemi Mathins and some to make the work of the midfielder to be fruitful. Adebayor is not good enough to continue playing for gunner’s.

  11. Well adebayor is just too lazy and wenger, you need a better technical we honestly need more outside 18 shots. Well goodluck to arshavin.
